Seattle >Kaspar's Special Evnts & Ctrng
Fantastic!. I went to Kaspar's with friends for the prix fixe meal. We all enjoyed our dinners completely. The service was great. We started with cocktails and our servers timing was just right. Can't wait to come back for the wine tastings!
fair fare. let's start with the good - kaspar's had a wonderful ambiance. lovely interior, soft lights, etc. and great parking. the rest is mediocre. service was slow, food was good but not even close to great. wine prices are crazy - some bottles are over $200. i definitely expected more from this restaurant, was pretty disappointed.
What happened to the "old" Kaspar's?. This place has really gone south! Water is being served in cheap ("Migro"-kind) glasses. Gone is the famous bread-basket, instead of which precise minuscule rations are being served. Each entrees on the menu is now split into the meat-part and the veggies-part. Wine prices are obscene. Service is slow.
