In Short – Owner Julie Merriman likes to call Olivine the "ultimate girl store." With its sweet, pink lamps and daisy-adorned chandeliers, it's easy to see why. The best part is that this girl-haven pulls off its exclusive, boutique inventory with a decidedly Ballard-esque absence of snobbery. Pretty things cost an equally attractive penny here, but amid the expensive shoes and fancy dresses, affordable items definitely exist. Makeup, hair care, accesories and lingerie round out its girlie inventory.

very odd of a store. very eclectic. don't expect anything mainstream thats what makes this store just different. its fun to find odd gifts for a close gf or bf, but other than that its just odd.

Not a huge fan of the customer service here. Once they realized I wouldn't be spending a ton of cash and was "just looking" I got the cold shoulder. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a black card....

I've been going here for years and it is a great experience every time- even if you're just looking!
The selection is wonderful and the customer service stellar! You can get everything you need for a special night out in this one store. Don't let the parking stop you- that just part of the ballard charm!
