Quality Steakhouse with easy SeaTac location

I typically enjoy Ruth's Chris, The Metropolitan, or Mortons, but found Spencers to be nearly as good, if not as good. The ambiance is not up to Ruth's Chris or the Met, but it is nice enough. A bit too much a part of the lobby at the Hilton to feel as intimate or as focused as RC or the Met. It also doesn't have quite their wine list. But that said, it is now my favorite spot in SeaTac for when a nice meal convenient to the airport is required. Better than Capitol Grill, Jacks, and many others. The broiled beefsteak tomato's are a terrific starter.

• Cons: a bit too hotel lobby feeling - but OK.

Top Quality food & great service!!!

I was surprised that there was such a great restaurant around seatac!! You can just tell that they use high quality of ingredients in their dishes by just tasting them. Their dungeness crab cakes and the New York Strip Steak is to die for!! (must try!!) They also serve more casual food such as bacon cheeseburger meal that is also VERY good, even the onions, pickles and tomatoes taste really fresh. If you try it you'll know what i mean. It's located at the HILTON hotel and they do validate valet parking at the Hilton if dinning at Spencers. Great service and nice atmosphere! Go there, you won't be sorry!! I'm going again next week to for my mom's birthday!
