Best deal for breakfast!. I love breakfast on Sundays at Mollys. No wait like the other traditional breakfast places, and delicious traditional irish breakfast. The back bacon is exceptional. Plus there are real Irish people here. Awesome.
Lovely little Irish Pub. It's a fun and friendly little Irish pub with decent food and a great atmosphere. Love it!
thank you!. Thank you to the person who told us (being the Management of Molly's) that we had a bartender who is stealing from us.....that took courage.....we will solve the problem....(and yes, you verified what we had already recognized, we are way too tolertant) I only wish more people would step forward and let us know what you saw...it just doesn't help either side if the bartender is not working FOR the bar......we will not be in business too long.....I'm all about being good to our regulars, but it is a business.....and we are just Mom and Pop.....thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Why bartenders get a bad name.. Great place... terrible bartender. Brad, I think? Shoved the $20 I gave him for two shots into his pocket... uhh, aren't you supposed to ring that in buddy? What about my change? Could barely get his attention the rest of the night... He was too busy doing shots. I'll go back, but if I see him, I'll hightail it outta there. Hopefully the owners don't go broke with him working there.
Come one, come all. WOW- My first time in this bar was a year ago and I was hardly impressed. I returned last week and had one of hte best nights out I have had in years! The bartender was absolutely charming and friendly and made me an outstanding bloody mary. The crowd was friendly and chatty and I am absolutely IN LOVE with the back deck smoking lounge. Heaters and all, it is a great place to spend an evening.
Friendly confines and splendid food have given this small pub a loyal following..
The Scene
Molly's has perfectly ingrained itself into this east Ballard neighborhood since its opening. Locals young and old, blue and white-collar, shuffle into Molly's on weeknights dressed like it's a lazy Sunday. Once inside, they can relax in the dimly-lit main bar, or make their way to the back room for pool and darts.
The Draw
Like members of the secret society of Irish Americans after which the pub is named, Molly's regulars seem to feel like they're in on something special. And who can blame them? Molly's offers a first-rate, blessedly affordable menu and a full selection of beer in a gracious, working class atmosphere. Standouts include the spicy chicken tandoori and the lamb chipotle burger, while hearty staples like Irish stew and shepard's pie satisfy with unexpected flavor.
Great neighborhood pub. I live just down the street from Molly's and ever since the first time I went there the people, service, drinks and food have been outstanding. Everyone there is very friendly and inviting. IF you ever get a chance I stongly suggest to go here. It's a great after work, taking out your family for drinks (my parents loved it) or just by yourself kind of pub!
great bar. Molly's rocks! good Irish bar, must try the Chicken Curry it is to die for!
fine and dandy.
ok the place is ok but the service is bad.
