The worst florist in Seattle I received four bouquets from Ballard Blossom in the past two weeks. All were terrible. An arrangement of Hawaiian flowers arrived half dead, with a bunch of fake pussywillows stuffed onto one side. An orchid plant was pretty, but plunked into a hot pink container made of tin or something that made the delicate blossoms look downright ugly and cheap. Two more deliveries were no better, again, half dead flowers that didnt last more than two days, and these were big arrangements, that had clearly cost my dear friends a lot of money. Now what do I say? Gee, thanks for the ugly flowers? This is a big scam, because you cannot say what you thought of the flowers. I would never, ever, trust them to do a good job for you if you call from out of town and want flowers delivered in Seattle.

Pros: they did deliver the flowers

Cons: poor quality of flowers, ugly arrangements and uglier containers

I was very impressed with Ballard Blossom, they did an exceptional job for me. I live in Idaho, my boyfriend was having surgery in Seattle and I wanted to send him flowers. They were unable to deliver the arrangement the first time because of room confusion with the hospital, but to my surprise they went above and beyond to make a special delivery to ensure he recieved them that day! This personal service is what makes them #1 in the Seattle area! Thanks so much! I'd never written a review before, but they definetely deserved it!
