I took 4 tables for my mother in law birthday party there. We wait the food for 45 minutes and an hour coming to our table. After we ate the food , and we order again for fish dish. We had to wait another one hour again and coming fish to our table that fish is totally difficult we order. We are very disappointed customer service that restaurant and price are very expensive too.

Wow. I don't think it can get any worse. The service was horrible. The servers went by with the dim sum cart and served everyone around my table but completely ignored my table. I had to stop them couple of times just to get some food!! Then they charged me for tea which I refused, when I pointed out the charge, they said I have to pay for cover charge if I don't drink tea! Amazing. I had never heard of it. I am one of those patient people who hate complaining about restaurants but this takes the cake. I was able to grab 3 dishes as it went by..horrible!!Go to Top Gun in Factoria instead. Food is much much better and so is the service!
