Editorial Review for Jeremy Todd Wellness Spa & Salon – by Kathy Schultz
The Scene
Carved Indonesian statues with blissful countenances greet spa guests at every turn in the quiet halls and waiting room of the spa--perhaps a hint of the way you'll feel when you're through. These wooden deities (which are for sale) are in sharp contrast to the lively staff, who seem downright excited to be giving you a facial or body treatment--it's as if they're enjoying it as much as you.
The Services
For the face, there are remedies for all skin types from an acne treatment to a vitamin C facial. Try the trendy hot-and-cold-stone massage (the cold stones feel like Altoids for the body). While some fees are equivalent to other spas, other services cost between $5 and $25 more.
The Details
Whirlpool, soaking tub. Massage, body treatments, wet treatments, Reiki, acupuncture, facials, medi-spa treatments, hair removal, sunless tanning, manicure/pedicure, full-service salon, makeup application.

I have loved coming to this salon for several years and I hesitate to write this review but considering what I have come to know and expect I think Jeremy will understand why I am writing this. I went to the new salon and while I have always been thrilled with Jeremys Haircuts and really loved the fresh new look, some important elements were missing mainly front desk professionalism. i understand the girl was very young, but when u get used to over the top attention that the last salon had you really take notice. I truly felt I was a burden to her if it werent for jeremy checking me out I thought about just leaving. She probably wouldnt have noticed cause her phone call seemed more important. Now I would never do that but I have come to expect great things from these guys and well I guess now the bar of customer service has been raised. Im sure the kinks will get worked out but dont forget, the customer is the most important person not an inconvienience. I will try one more time Jeremy cause your so great at what you do, but I hope the staff around you improves. I miss your old front desk they were truly great, everytime. I hope my next experience is what I have come to expect, except the haircut it truly lacked the professionalism and grace I know you expect.
Pros: parking easy, great location, trendy decor
Cons: front desk service virtually non existent, hard to reach anybody to schedule appts.

I was given a gift certificate from a client and called on 3 different occasions to set an appointment for myself and my daughter. The first time I was put on hold and then forgotten. I tried on two other days and my phone number was taken and I never received a call back. After the 3rd try with the rude girl on the phone I gave up and threw away the certificate. What a waste, now when I am asked by clients about good spas I send them elsewhere and tell them to stay away from this place.
Pros: None
Cons: You can't get appt booked and rude service on phone
