Six-Seven at The Edgewater is a unique Seattle dining experiences. Contemporary Pan-Asian and American influences to the staples of Pacific Northwest Cuisine, the menu includes crispy calamari; won ton salad with miso vinaigrette; 20 second seared salmon with warm potato, fresh herbs and mustard seed vinaigrette; and crispy whole snapper in Chinese black bean vinaigrette.

The shimmering waters of Elliott Bay & stunning Olympic Mountains view create breathtaking sunsets. Call or email to reserve a table.

Editorial Review for Six Seven – by Citysearch Editors

The Scene
With native trees functioning as supportive architectural columns, rough-hewn furniture and stone fireplaces, the lobby has the feel of a mountain lodge. However, the spacious dining room, modern lighting, elegant tabletops and artful floral arrangements gracefully change the tone to contemporary cosmopolitan.

The Food
The menu is brief and the presentation gorgeous, featuring anomalous Asian twists on classic Northwest dishes. Start with crab cakes delicately coated in panko, or fresh mussels in a light curry broth. Tuna is briefly seared and accompanied by a crispy rice cake and a decadent swirl of wasabi honey. Most fish preparations are textbook perfect, but the pretty desserts are worth saving room for--share the trio of creme brulees infused with ginger, chocolate and Mandarin essences.

Things didnt start well when I was given instructions on how to eat my Tuna Poke. Pleeaase! How patronizing. We felt out of place because we were dressed, and everyone else was wearing the likes of bedazzled Mariners shirts and baseball caps. This place is a gaudy tourist trap for out-of-towners. We sent 3 dishes back, and were comped for none of them. $400 meal, poor service, poor food. There are a dozen restaurants in Seattle that beat this place away for less money. 1 star for the nice view. Fake fine dining.

My husband and I stayed at the Edgewater and dined at Six Seven last February and it was absolutely a fantastic time! The food was delicious and the view of the water combined with the romantic atmosphere of the restaurant made for a perfect evening.

Pros: Beautiful view of Puget Sound, great food

Cons: Pricey, so save it for a special occasion
