Lyndon is phenomenal!. Lyndon gave my hair a complete makeover and wow! The cut, color and overall ambiance is perfect for who I really am - my personality and my work. I'm thrilled! Plus, he gives the greatest shampoo! I like a really good scrub, and he knows how to give you a pressured or light touch wash, whichever you prefer. Lots of stylists just don't have the strength to stimulate your scalp properly, but he does! As well as having the "eye" for what serves your hair and your appearance best! Very importantly, his rates are reasonable, which makes him affordable! I also enjoy the homey feel of the salon - and it's not overlit. Thank you, Lyndon!

Love my hair!. Douglas has been cutting and coloring my hair for a couple years now, so I'm a bit remiss that I haven't left a fabulous review for this salon yet. My hair looks great and always draws compliments. Douglas really "gets" my hair and doesn't try to make it do something that it won't, but works with it to make it look it's best (and me look my best too!) I love too that I can leave the salon looking great without over poofed (poofed I think that is a word) hair that is not my style. Thanks Douglas!

Love my hair - LOVE it!!. I found this salon when we ate dinner at Yanni's Greek restaurant. My waitress had fabulous, fun, interesting and wild hair. I finally asked her who cut her hair, and she told me, "Douglas - next door!" I had worn my hair nearly the same way for 6 years and needed a change,. I wanted something different - something spunkier, more lively, more interesting. When I told him that, he said, "I can do different!" Check out the website for lots of examples of his great work.

It may sound overblown, but it is absolutely true that I am never disappointed. I always get a great and truly unique, fun cut that draws complements all the time. I've never had so many people tell me they love my hair. He's really one of the very best hairdressers I've ever known. Great knowledge, style and ability, always creative and fun to work with and really caring. It just doesn't get any better than that!

For anyone who loves their hair, or wants to!!!. I have super straight hair - and I've worn it back most of the time. Douglas knew exactly how to cut my hair to give it the shape that it needs so that I can wear it down all the time now! He is a genius with hair, nothing less than an artist with the scissors and brush. I love my hair when I leave, and continue loving it as it grows out. He's given me highlights that don't make my hair look bleached out and a red color that lasted while remaining subtle. If you want to love your hair, this is the place. If you have always had a great cut and wonder if you could find the right person again, this is the place!! Hands down, best salon and stylists in Seattle.

cowboys & angels salon. I was a "fearful of my big curly haired, perenial pony tail wearing being" my whole life. I never thought that anyone could understand my curly mess of hair. I made an appointment with Douglas at Cowboys and Angels, who listened to all my big hair issues, educated me on how to care for my hair, and gave me the cut I wanted. In the past, I was the kind of person who would go to a hair stylist once every couple of years, only to hack away at my hair myself, once I returned home. Not anymore! I like my hair, even when it is out of the pony tail! That is saying a lot.

In addition to the great cut, the salon is comfortable, and Douglas and his business partner are gracious to their clients, as if the clients were guests in their home.

A great place, I am glad I went. It has been a long time since I felt my hair pony tail free and loose in the breeze!

Awesome Salon. I was drawn to this place because of the great, great reviews that they got and so I called and made an appointment with Douglas. Exchanged a few emails because he truely does care about your hair and the details about yourself.

Douglas is a fantastic stylist. I had such an amazing experience getting my hair done. Do yourself AND your hair a favor by seeing Douglas or Lyndon. They educated me in so many ways. The science behind hair is just so fascinating and mind blowing. I know I would never have learned anything like that at any other salon. I walked out of that cute shop looking and feeling beautiful. I have such a better view of how to take care of my hair with the products and the tools, and especially the KNOWLEDGE of why. I highly reccomend setting something up with these guys. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and cant wait to go back!

Fabulous haircut! - Douglas is divine.... Great haircuts should last... (and I have a bad habit of going 3 or 4 months between haircuts, so I know when I find a stylist that is unusually talented with a pair of scissors!).

I have fine blonde hair that is hard to cut and hard to keep looking good. Douglas is a magician! In his most capable hands, my hair has volume, looks great, grows out beautifully and still looks really good when I finally get myself back in for another cut!

I cannot recommend Douglas highly enough. email him for an appointment - you'll be delighted you did!

My Best Hair Ever. My hair has never looked better. My color stays rich and my cut looks just as fabulous a couple of months later as it did the day I had my hair done. In addition, Douglas will provide styling tips that help save time. I'm so glad I found him!

Expert color and hair cut!. Douglas is really an expert and teaches you about your hair - has made a tremendous difference in mine! (Still working on the blow out technique). Can't wait to go back!
