Much less expensive than the hotel AV. Presentation Rentals was great to work with. They showed a real interest in our meeting, asked lots of questions and really listened. Their people were professional and provided great service. They ended up suggesting a better solution that was actually less expensive than using the hotel's service. They really made my job easier and helped make our meeting a success.
