Google "Seattle Musician". If you are one of the people that is going to rate this place a one because you didn't like the people that go there or because you think the music is "evil" then keep it to yourelf. THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU!

I am one of those "knuckle-dragging neanderthals" that smokes a little and likes loud, angery music. I am also a two time combat veteran that likes to have a way to vent through my music. I like to get into a mosh pit and push people around and get pushed around because we are all having fun.

If you are going to give this place a bad revue just because it wasn't your style, back off. I won't write a scathing revue about Barry Manilow's gig just because I didn't fell comfortable around the people at the show or I didn't like the music. Let the real patrons of places like Chop Suey decide if its a fun place to go

Good Venue. Well i went to chop suey for the first time about a week ago or so and i liked it! It wasnt special, but it wasnt bad. As you can tell from the name its an asian themed club, i liked the decor, it was nice. It was really easy to get to, i had no idea how to get there, then looked it up and found out i only need one bus to get there. The size of the venue is good, its not to big, but not to small at the same time. Big enough to have extra room, but small enough to be an intimate concert. The sound was good, they had fans going which was nice. Overall it was a good venue, i would go back again!!!

CLOSE IT DOWN. I HOPE THE CITY CLOSES THIS PLACE DOWN. THE OWNERS HAVE NO CONCERN FOR PUBLIC SAFETY. AS YOU WILL FIND THE CHARACTERS THT ATTEND THESE EVENTS FIND DEATH TO BE QUITE ROMANTIC AND THEY OFTEN GET WHAT THEY WANT.

R.I.P. CHOP SUEY.

Too much attitude. Don't really like the feel of this place. Too much attitude, fake hair, and snotty --kids. The sound is decent and I like the decor, but given the fact that they've not booked anyone I'm even slightly interested in seeing for quite some time, if I'm just looking for a place to get a drink I'll go somewhere without a cover charge.
