Like 5 star hotel with 2 star service. My whole evening ruined - did not believe the bad reviews until I experienced it myself! The fancy website & good reviews were misleading. Massage was good, but I have never come out from a manicure so disappointed. The service was unfair & unprofessional: others had a neck wrap and tea - it wasnt until my 3rd request did I get the same treatment. My manicure was hurried, leaving my nails with rough edges, loose skin, uneven polish, polish on cuticles; basically something I could have done better myself. In addition, the front desk staff was not welcoming, & I was pressured to pay a tip, which regretfully to say, a tip they did NOT deserve. Maybe it was just the staff that helped me, but shouldnt any one staff be representative of the whole spa? My bridal shower gift turned horrid - I do not plan to go back.

wonderful experiences. Having patronized Spa Del Lago on numerous occasions I can thouroughly recommend the tranquil atmosphere, rejuvinating treatments, and a friendly skilled professional staff. My girlfriends and I make a point to meet monthly to reconnect, catch up and pamper ourselves. The spa pedicures are our favorites. The entire staff have been friendly, knowlegeable and courtious. Keep up the good work, see you next month.

Truly an Unpleasant Experience and Business. As a customer of this spa I am writing of my unfortunate experience as this is what "reviews" are for. I have been to many spa's in Seattle and had never been treated so bad. I was not greated when i entered nor was my appointment even started on time. I sat there for almost 20 minutes before anyone even said, Do you have an appointment? It wasn't like the place was swarming with people, or i would have understood. Not to mention that the service i recieved was less than fair. I would never revisit this place and would tell anyone to steer clear. I definitely do NOT see what the hype is about? Highly DO NOT COME AGAIN!

I love my hair!!!. I want to thank Amber for doing such a wonderful job on my hair. I had to go and see her to find out for myself, and she was everything that my friends raved about. I haven't loved my hair this much in a long, long time. The color is gorgeous and the cut is oh so very chic. I would reccommend her to anyone, and i am so very thankful that my friends sent me her way. What would i have done without her.

Amazing spa!. I will be a regular here from now on - the front desk staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful and the pedicure I had was the best I've ever had! Next time I'll be having one of the amazing Del Lago facials my friend had. I really like that they only carry high-end product lines like Eminence too. Highly recommended all-round.

Amber is the Best!!!. Thank you, thank you, thank you Amber......You have worked majic on my hair. I have been looking and looking for years for someone to do exactly what has been done for my hair. I had my hair permantley straightened a couple of months ago and then foiled and cut.....Let me tell you that I still can't believe I am looking at myself in the mirror... Her work is the best of the best. I have tried salons all over L.A. and a couple in New York and there was no need to even leave my own neighborhood. Much thanks to you, Amber.

Amber is Superb!!!!. I am writing my review to say a much needed thank you to Amber for her wonderful work with my hair. I had my hair permanently straightened for the very first time and she did such a wonderful job... She is a THE BEST!!!! After 3 hours my hair has been transformed into hair that I have always dreamed of..... I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone for anything.... Not to mention that she gave me the best haircut I have ever had... I only hope that everyone has a chance to try her out!!!

Charming Madison Park spa and salon with a solid reputation for first-rate treatments.. In Short
Clients walk down the lemon-yellow, candlelit hallway and a warm sanctuary of treatment rooms is revealed. It's a nice place to stop in for a pedicure or a cut, but even better if an extra hour or two are dedicated to a massage and facial--the relaxing rooms in back block out the noise of the salon almost completely. Manicures and pedicures are most popular, and the massage and skin therapies are always booked out at least a few days in advance.

best spa in town. I consider myself a spa junkee. i have tried almost every spa in town, but I keep on coming back to spa del lago. The atmosphere is beautiful, serene and very clean. I have tried almost every service and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and very professional. Try the salt glow and air brush tan combo.

Fabulous!!!!. I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now. Having my hair done by Amber, has been the best thing that I could have done for myself. I had a disaster with the color quite sometime ago from another salon. And she was the one that turned my hair around. My color was superb and complimented left and right. Since then, I have been loyal and highly satisfied!!! She works magic!!!
