BEST Karaoke, Fast, Good-lookin' and friendly service!.
My first night out last summer in Seattle, I was wandering down Pike (or Pine...who knows? Pike n' Pine!), and I asked a sweet looking punk fellow where a girl like me could have some fun. He
actually looked me up and down and said, "Ooooh Karaoke at the Crescent for you!", then preceded to lead me the way.
Since then, I've had some of the best nights out in Seattle I can remember.
#1. Being sung Happy Birthday to by the whole bar
#2. Talking to Mark, the nice door guy (no matter how trashed you get!), ABOUT his hot fiance...hehe
#3. By far the most "effective" Long Island Iced Tea when I was more than a little strapped for $
#5. Making friends by asking guys to close the door while you p** in the guys bathroom (quite possibly the only slightly annoying thing about the Crescent is the key required for the ladies room)
.....
BUT MOST OF ALL........You sing bad, you sing awesome....no worries....you're loved at the Crescent! xo, l…
Most fun & freindly. This is the most fun and friendly gay bar in seattle. The manager (steve) is super cool. He even allowed the people inside to vote on whether to keep the door open or turn on the A/C. ( A/C won!) . Lot's of great rock on jukebox and they're not afraid to crank it up!…
Criminal hangout with criminal activity. My wallet was stolen from this establishment. I attended a farewell party with my colleagues at the Crescent because everyone loves karaoke; however the clientele of the Crescent are definitely shady characters. I spent the better part of a week making police reports, closing all of my credit and bank accounts, and disputing almost $1500 worth of charges that were run up within an hour of having my wallet stolen out of my purse at the Crescent. This establishment needs to be shut down if they continue to welcome the bad element as part of their clientele.…
Editorial Review. Formally a lesbian bar, this re-vamped karaoke joint offers Capitol Hill clubbers a dive bar scene where everyone is welcome.
This is the only bar. In Seattle that matters. Everything you need is here. It's the only place that you will find the hipster queers smiling. It's the last stop for any good drag before it flees for N.Y. It has the most beguiling karioke you are ever gonna see hands down. The regulars are allways welcoming for new blood and the new blood is never dissapointed.…
