Girls, and guys, shopping for a ring is hard...really hard. I was not looking forward to it. G and I headed out to shop one Saturday and we went to EE Robbins first. Let's talk about the store first...it is really pretty and not stuffy and fancy. Next, the service...they are really nice people, not phony and high pressure. Last, the selection...there are SO many rings and SO many diamonds. It is like heaven for a girl who needs a ring. We did our due diligence there and then went to a few other stores to compare. Well, NO COMPARISON!!!!!!!!!! EE Robbins had the best engagement rigns and the best prices. Yes I said prices! We had thought they were pricey but NO, NO, NO. Anyone who has heard that they are expensive, listen to me they are NOT. We went back and ordered my ring and picked out the very best diamond a girl could have and they set it into a basic little ring so I can wear it while I wait for my real ring to get made. WHoo hooooo! We even went home and did some online comparing and we could not find a better deal. Now it off to find a location and flowers and a dress and a DJ and a.................
- Pros: Rings, rings rings galore

We were wowed the minute we went in. The store is new and very pretty and the staff is welcoming and thoughtful. I thought the whole process would be like buying a car but it was not. They kept it romantic and fun and not that expensive. They have more engagement rings than mall stores and way nicer. We noticed that they have tons of men's rings too -- he is next! Thank you so much EE Robbins for making us happier.
- Pros: The best selection of engagement & wedding bands
unreal attentiveness, choices, comfort level and trustworthy

Today I have been married for 10 years. This month we upgraded our diamond to "a real show stopper!" We love it. We went to EE Robbins because of the customer service and knowldege base. My husband really likes quality in diamonds, the whole clarity, cut, etc., etc. We deal with Mark who has educated us for the last 11 years concerning stones. When we walked in EE Robbins, there was a comfort level. Non-showy yet classy, clean, up-scale store that had refreshments and a very comfortable setting for a very important purchase. I trust what the sales team said, they are educated in the gem world. I am just as giddy about this day as I was my wedding day 10 years ago. I think EE Robbins was too! They were able to supply many choices and once the choice was made, my ring was made within the hour...so sooo beautiful. Thank you Mark and your entire staff for such a memorable experience. MFS

It's fun to get diamonds

I was already very excited to go pick out my engagement ring with my fiance' , but it was better than expected. He had told me he had a great experience and that they encouraged him to get me a solitaire and have us both come into pick something out. What a great suggestion. He was supposedly very nervous about picking the wrong thing. They had so many great styles. We went in and were so pampered and encouraged to relax and have fun with the whole process. He had already done the hard part. Not only did they help us find something I loved in our budget, but they offered us drinks and a snacks. The staff was really attentive. So many people have complimented me on my ring and they always mention how much it sparkles. Which makes my fiance' very happy. But I'm really the one couldn't be happier. We will also be going back to get his ring soon.
- Pros: service, selection, sparkle
- Cons: none
The best experience ever

First let me start by saying I am a shopper, so looking for an engagement ring was going to take time and I was going to leave no stone unturned. I went to the malls, thought I would see how good my "friend" in the diamond business was (wasn't) and even looked online- no, I'm not stupid and would never spend thousand on something I can't see, touch and compare-but I had to look. When everything was said and done I left one and only one store amazed-E.E. Robbins in Tukwila. I received honest answers to my questions, a diamond education second to none, a huge selection of quality designer rings (they carry alot of platinum which I didnt find anywhere else) and the most impressive part was the customer service. Mark was the most imformative, educated and honest person I encountered in weeks of shopping. He spent A LOT of time making sure I had every question answered and found exactly what I was looking for ( novel, a sales person who listens) and stayed exactly at the price I had given him. Mark didnt say a word about it in the couple hours he spent with me, he was just fantastic, but when he gave me his card I find out he is V.P. of Operations. When I apolagised for taking so much of his time time he responded that there was nothing more important he could be doing than taking care of me. Look no further, you have found your jeweler.
- Pros: Outstanding service, platinum selection and competetive price
- Cons: not a single thing
