Flakey and not organized. shopped around, they were most agreeable and flexible with style and price. paid deposit and then they changed! They were confused on the phone as to the schedule and what they had already agreed to do. 3 days late to start, put fence in wrong place!!!!!!!! had to remove posts and rebuild one wall!!! they better not charge me for their extra time and supplies!!

Customer service with Custom Build. Yeah Barrier!!! I found that other fence company's would not give me what I wanted. They wanted to build what they wanted to build. The folks at Barrier were more than willing to give me what I WANTED, not what they thought I should have. Following up with the bid I received in the mail, I received a phone call to see if I had any questions or changes that I needed to make. Could this be? It was about me. I signed up without hesitation. Knowing through the grapevine, the great work they have done and continue to do and what do you know, 2 to 3 weeks later I had what I wanted, a beautiful fence, customized for me. Thank You Barrier. I will keep the grapevine moving.

They promise goods but don't deliver!. They promise goods but don't deliver. I've paid a deposit for a fence that has never been installed. Extremely poor customer service. They haven't returned my calls. Seeking resolution through Government Agency.
