Circuit City offers a good but not overwhelming selection. Showrooms are medium in size, just enough to display the brand names customers know and respect, such as Hewlett-Packard and Sony. The store carries car and home audio equipment, television accessories (even satellite TV and broadband), cameras, computers and computer accessories, and music and movies. The staff is knowledgeable, but not annoyingly passionate about printing cartridges. When a product does not function correctly, customers can take it to the on-site service center.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR COMPUTER!!!!! I brought my computer in for servicing and paid $250.00. When I got it home it still did not work correctly so I took it back. I was told that I would have to pay another $69.00 to get the sofware that was originally on my computer to be put back on. When I complained to the manager I was told the computer repair people are not part of Circuit City.

Went in to the Bellevue Circuit City to buy a monochrome printer for my Mac. Was told they didn't carry such a thing. Took all of twenty seconds to find one, a Samsung product. Saleskid said they were out of stock, would have to special order it, but it would be there in a week and they would call me. Five weeks pass, no call. I repeatedly try calling the store, but no one answers, finally try TVs and get someone. He hangs up on me. Call again, and I get passed around repeatedly until I get customer service. They locate one in Lynnwood, oops, they apparently sold it while I was on hold. Now off to Center City where I am dubious the reserved printer will actually be there. What an awful, awful experience. I never complain about service, I'm ordinarily very patient, but this store clearly does not care about you or your business. I will never shop at a Circuit City again.
