i have only known doctors from a professional view being an R.N. myself and the thought of surgery was exciting but scary, Dr. Rand changed my nervousness into confidence and returned my aging face to a more youthful appearance--very natural, no one even knew i had it done. My friends thought i had lost weight or had a great hair cut and the office / surgery experience was great, his staff is professional and they all are there when and if you need them. i wouldn't go anywhere else...
Pros: great doctor, staff and aesthetician

Not happy with the result at all. Scars from surgery still show years later. Asymetric results. If you're having a procedure done on your face I don't recommend this doctor.
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: Doctor doesn't have an eye for symetry.
