Harmony Massage
Great place for massage. I've had a couple massages there before with different therapists, and they are all wonderful. I especially like Tanya and Nicole's massages, they are very well educated in what they're doing and have obviously had a lot of experience. There was one problem I had with one of the male therapists, though, but I can't remember his name (he seemed to have originally come from somewhere in Europe). When I went in for my massage with him, he was late starting the massage and ended it early, and he wasn't as friendly as the rest of the staff, not to mention the massage was less satisfactory than what I usually experience at Harmony Massage. Other than that, I would highly reccommend getting a massage here!!…
True Compatibility. Harmony massage is a masterfully run privately owned business. They have graciously given me the chance to work with each of the therapists who are contracted by my insurance and without hard feelings have chosen a favorite. I love the personalized service that is given each time I go in. It begins with a warm greeting from the receptionist and goes on to a detailed check in with my therapist who takes note of my needs for that specific visit. I have never gotten a generic once over massage from any of the wonderful staff at Harmony. And just as important I am given the full 60 minutes EVERY time. I love you Harmony Massage and will continue coming back for some of your magic!…
Worth crossing the lake. After 4 years of frequenting Harmony I moved to the West side. I left Bothell, but not Harmony. I have always found their scheduling flexible, the staff pleasant and obliging, and the massage sublime. I recommend Kirk, the owner, who has not only a soothing manner and masterful skills, but also a fantastic musical palette that combine for a consistently wonderful massage experience. I simply won't see anyone else!…
Very deep, relaxing massage!. I've been going to Harmony Massage for years and have had many good experiences with them. It's a comfortable place to be and the massage therapists are top notch. I do recommend this place to anyone asking where to get a good massage.…
Disappointing Experience - will not return to Hamony Massage.
Given it's high ratings, I decided to try Harmony Massage instead of my usual place. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, and while checking in with the front desk, the masseuse
let me know that it was his last appointment of the day and that he had plans that he wanted to leave for. He also asked that I come back another day to allow him to leave early. Because I had driven all the way to Bothell for an appointment that had been scheduled in advance, I declined the reschedule. He agreed to still take the appointment, slightly reluctant, then asked me to wait in the lobby, while one of the staff went on a McDonalds run. He ate the McDonalds while I waited in the lobby. By this time, the appointment was now running 10 minutes late. The massage was slightly below above average, only lasted 45 minutes and the service was poor.
The clincher - I still paid full price for a shortened, hasty, and hassled massage. It was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Though the prices at Harmony Massage are relatively cheap, it still wasn't worth it given that I left more tense than when I had arrived. Next time, I'll spend the extra $20-$30 to relax.…
