Gators Sports Bar & Grill

Complaint filed with BBB. A group of us patronized the restaurant during the Game 7 of the NBA Finals. It was quite busy and the bar had two waitresses to wait on the entire restaurant. I purchased several items and at the completion of the game, I asked for my check. It came out to approximately 32 dollar and some change. The waitress returns with my change but short changes me. I asked her for the remaining amount of my change and she tells me that they typically don't give out coins. What? I tell her I want ALL my change back and she rolls her eyes and gives me a dollar as a settlement. I asked to see the person in charge. She comes over and immediately wants to argue with me and tells me to be quiet and if I don't like it, leave. I left.

This is not right. If this is normal practice, then thousands of people have been short changed and have incurred costs above and beyond the price of their food and drinks. I will never go back to this place.…
