Terrible Salesman makes for Terrible Experience. Do not deal with the ASIAN salesman- he is a pompous ass!

Go to their Tacoma location for a better deal, and experience........

I went in several times to Federal Way to price 3D TV's, and was comparison shopping and learning about the brands.

The second time I went in there, he said I should be ready to buy since I come in there and look and never buy anything. Jerk- I was doing my research (I'm not committed to anything yet).

I asked him for the best deal on a package, and he gave me a quote and answered a few questions. I asked him twice more if it's the best he can do, and he said there is no one out there that can come close. Cool, so I took the information and slept on it.

I ended up in Tacoma and stopped by their location and priced out the same package, and lo and behold- it was 350.00 cheaper!!!!! WHAT!

Of course I bought right then and there.

The next day after it was all delivered, I went back to the Federal Way store to get some speaker stands-

The same ASIAN pompous ass salesman asked if I was ready to buy- I told him I already did, at the Tacoma location because they had offered me a better deal. One that I couldn't refuse.

HE GOT PISSED OFF, AND TOLD ME THAT I SCREWED HIM OUT OF HIS COMMISION!!!!!!!!!!

HIS SALES MANAGER WALKED PAST US AND TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM THE OPPORTUNITY, THAT HE WAS HOSED OUT OF GETTING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

GIVE ME A BREAK!- I TOLD THE ASIAN POMPOUS ASS SALESMAN, THAT HE SCREWED HIMSELF OUT OF THE DEAL, BY SAYING IT WAS THE BEST HE CAN DO. HE ASKED WHY DIDN'T I COME BACK AND SHOW HIM THE DEAL????!!!

BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO DRIVE BACK AND FORTH PLAYING YOUR F'N GAMES, JUST MAKE A FAIR DEAL, AND TREAT ME WITH RESPECT.

HE WAS DEFINATELY NOT ENTITLED TO MY MONEY! HOW DID I SCREW HIM. HE SPENT A TOTAL OF 3 MINUTES ANSWERING A FEW QUESTIONS...DOES THIS MAKE HIM ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE MY COMMISION?

IT DOES NOT.

I ALSO TOLD THE SALES MANAGER THAT HE WAS OUT OF LINE, BUTTING IN AND TELLING ME HOW I TREATED HIS SALESMAN POORLY BY PURCHASING ELSEWHERE. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL..

I asked the pompous ass asian salesman if I should have someone ELSE sell me the $34.00 speaker stands...... of course they didn't have them (or so he claimed).

The moral of the story is go to Tacoma for the better deal, and deal with someone who knows how to treat you with patience and provide information.

They use the same delivery service as Federal Way, so don't worry about being "out of their area".

By the way, 3 of my friends who recently purchased TV's went elsewhere because of THER experience with the same ASIAN pompous ass salesman.

Video Only would benefit by letting this guy go.

Harrassing high pressure car salesmen. There is nothing worse to walk into a store, be greeted (which is fine), and as you take another step be asked if you need help. Then when you say clearly, "No I dont need help, I prefer to be left alone, I know what I'm looking for". Then you take about another 5 steps and he keeps on you, "Ah I see your looking at the LCD TV's!" I repeated, " I just want to be left alone to look by myself!" I walk across the store to look at something I'm not really interested in, just to get away from him. He leaves that area and I return to price what I came to look at. He approaches a third time to mention about the price guarantee. I cant believe I say clearly at least two times I want to be left alone to look, and I have to deal with this commission based harassment. I left angry because like a mormon he was forcing his information on me. I was happy to leave and perhaps pay a touch more elsewhere. I got an awesome deal at Fry's Electronics, and they gave me a free Blu Ray player. They had a bigger selection and quick service, nobody forcing themselves on you. The prices aren't all that better, I just had to go check it out, because I wanted to see if I didn't check out Video Only if I would "be sorry". I was sorry that I went into that store, and I will never enter another one of their stores again! Worse than any car salesman I have ever dealt with! Have a nice happy lovely day!

Lame store, horrible return policy. I bought an HDMI cable at the Tacoma store and went to return it at this one. The guy took it to the back for a few minutes, then came back and said he couldn't return it here because "the tax bracket for this store is different." He said it would take them an hour's worth of paperwork to set the accounting straight if they returned my item there.

I must say I've never run into a similar problem anywhere with any other vendor, no matter how different the tax is, even when returning things in an entirely different state. My conclusion: either this guy was just plain lazy and didn't want to take my item back, or this store is still living in ancient times and can't do a simple return at a different store. Either way, I don't think I'll be going back to Video only again, especially after having read some of the other reviews.

wow great price and service. i went in and got some of the best service ever and the prices were hundreds less than even costco a must see on any list ask for the manager he gave me a great deal
