Bad Papa!!. This is my experience and why I go 4 blocks to Little Caesars. I order a large free pizza with a code I have off the internet. After 40 min I show up to my surprise they dont have my pizza ready and tell me it will be fresh being the fact they have not even started my pie. So I wait over 50 min in the small waiting area watching person after person leave with there pizza's as my wife and daughter wait in the car. Then FINALLY another representative asked me what the name is on the order....she looks and lets me know there is NO pie being made under my name. So they throw one in RIGHT AWAY! They tell me that it did not show up on there computer that I ordered a pizza...REALLY??? so I got told to wait for a fictitious pizza for 55 min?? Then after I get my pizza over an hour later I ask for a comp. card of some sort, this is when Jennifer the manager gets mad at me and points out its my fault it did not show up on the computer I must have entered something wrong so why would they comp. it? After a small verbal fight I receive my comp. card. WHO THE HELL FIGHTS WITH A CUSTOMER???IT is very hard to use this card as the pizza I got was not even cut, the crust was detaching itself from the rest of the pizza in embarrassment. I have lived 1 mile from this store for over 11 years and this is how a neighbor gets treated? GOTO Little Caesars if you want a good quality pizza!!!!
