The first Marriott hotel opened in 1957, and has since expanded to several different brands, with Courtyard serving business travelers. In addition to free daily newspaper delivery, media-equipped meeting rooms and buffet breakfasts in their on-site restaurant, most locations also offer The Market--a 24-hour shop for food and refreshments. Rooms include well-lit work spaces, ergonomic desk chairs, separate sitting areas and free high-speed Internet (participating locations). The front desk offers faxing, copying and printing services.

Good hotel. We stayed here for a couple of nights. it's not a fancy hotel, but it's nice. The staff was pleasant and we didn't have any problems with the room. It was nice and clean. I don't know if we would stay there again since we rarely go to lynnwood, but it's a good hotel.

A Good Choice. This is my second visit to this hotel. My room was clean and everything worked. This hotel is not plush or fancy, but it is a comfortable and modern hotel. The staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable.

Location is a big plus. Freeway access is very close and shopping is abundant. This property is well suited for family or business travel.
