most comforatble place to get a massage. This place is as homey and cute as can be. It's been around since the 1950's and has lots of charm.

The therapists are all knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention incredibly nice!

They accept pretty much any insurance and prices are reasonable so all can enjoy a massage.

Every thing is neat and clean...no yucky bathrooms!

Ballard Health Center is a very cozy place to go relax.

Warning you are entering a RELAXATION ZONE- Ballard Health Center. The Ballard Health Center ROCKS! It may be a place you have never noticed before as it is set back from the street. You feel like you are entering the relaxation zone. The place is family owned, professional, clean and cheery. They have a hot tub and many different therapists to choose from. They have long hours and a real person answers the phone so you can generally get an appt on the day you want it.

Old Scandies love the place because it respects people's disabilities and age, younger people love it because it's convenient and fair. Many generations have been served by the Salo Family. Check it out you won't be disappointed!

Greatest Customer Experience. I've been a customer of this place for years and when I saw it had a lower than 9.9 rating - I decided I HAD to write a review - because anything less than absolutely outstanding just doesn't describe this place. I started getting massages with a serious neck problem and Aaron - who also owns the business - was such a great massage therapist and really listened to my concerns about my neck and always addressed them. He was very communicative about the insurance billing and always on top of it - I never had a problem using insurance. The building has parking - and who can beat a free soak in the hot tub before the massage?

The Yoga studio is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the rates are super reasonable compared to any other massage therapy I've received.

Great, simple Mom and Pop place. I have been going here to get massage for a while, and just love this place. It is a small business that a son took over from his mom and dad. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, with a fieplace int he lobby for you to warm up to if youahve a wait. They do great massage and you get 15 minutes in the hot tub before you massage as part of the price. If you live in Ballard, it is a great deal near your home. The also do yoga and meditation classes.
