A special thanks to the dynamic team of LMP professionals at BIH! I first began my care at BIH after sustaining a whiplash injury and mid-back injury in an auto accident. I thought my hiking days were behind me when I blew out my "lumbosacral" disc. The low back pain was awful. The therapists here brought me back from the brink. I really did think I was going to spend the rest of my life in a wheel chair. The natural fusion took time but they kept my posture functional through it all. Now I am hiking the Canadian Rockies. My deepest, most sincere thanks.

Best Massage in Western Washington

My family and I have been receiving massage therapy from the licensed therapists at Bothell Integrated Health for over a decade and not once have any of us been dissatisfied with the care we have been given. I go to B.I.H. for everything from the low back pain I get from sitting all day in my office chair to the massive amounts of pain caused by a car accident. These people are professionals and know what they are doing.

Attentive, authentic, caring, professional staff who customize each massage experience to exactly what I need at the time. The staff are low key but efficient (give reminder calls), and the therapists are knowledgeable, capable, and insightful in discerning what kind of touch I need to heal. Their massage is the most effective, the most pleasurable, and the best medicine! They turn pain into joy. It's like a gift and they give generously.

And well worth the drive!
