GREAT EXPERIECE AT SALON PECOARO. I had my hair foiled and cut by Donnette Russell at Salon Pecoaro in Kirkland WA. She did a great job. Understood just what I wanted done and did it. Colored and cut perfect.

She is in a relaxed atmosphere and has a lot of beautiful jewelery, purses, and scarves.

I recommend Donnette highly.
