7 Flavor Beef = Seventh Heaven.
Lee's is a blend of Asian cuisine, with thai and chinese entrees. While some offerings are specific to a region, many are simply a blend to create some wonderful food.
My favorite is their 7 flavor beef, which is a moist multi-flavored entree of love. Their 9 flavor is more of a dried seared style which is great on its own merits and worth a try, but my preference is still the 7 flavor. They offer a wonderful honey walnut chicken or honey walnut prawns which is my changeup choice. I have yet to experience an even mediocre meal here. Prices are reasonable, especially for lunch. Service is friendly and prompt and many of the staff have been there many years. If I had to offer any critisism, it woul be that their dining room is on the small side as this is a smaller place. During busy weekends, I would simply take it to go and enjoy a nice movie at home with a wonderful meal.
Best Fried Rice. I'm a fried rice freak and the Lee's Fried Rice is my fav. Tons of ingredients, tons of flavor, and this smokiness that I can't quite place how they get. The 9 and the 7 flavored beef are also great but I prefer the 7. Maybe higher isn't always better:) It's probably one of the least healthy options but the honey walnut prawns are probably the best dish I've tried there and I just can't resist ordering them each time. The ambiance leaves something to be desired but the service is always good and there's always take out. Food from Lee's + trash TV = a good night in.
Amazing!. So so good! Worth waiting for a table on crowded nights. The seven flavor beef and kan gai (I think I spelled it right) are two of my favorite dishes in any place in Seattle. Friendly service. This is a great place to stop at when you are in West Seattle.
Best pan-asian anywhere. When in West Seattle, don't miss Lee's Asian. The food is always fresh and tasty! the 7-flavor and 9-flavor beef dishes are phenomenal. And, the Chow Fun noodles taste like they're almost hand-rolled. Lee's is even worth the drive over the bridge.
