They were fabulous!

First off I want to say this place is so nice, my dog starts barking as soon as we pull into the parking lot! She greets the staff with her back end just wagging side to side! Yes, back end, not tail, she's an aussie shepherd. They have a really cool dog park, it's completly fenced in so I don't have to worry about my dog getting out and getting into a place that I can't catch her. When I go just for the dog park, it's just me out there, I don't have to worry about sharing the park with any other dogs or people, so no worries about aggressive dogs. When I leave her for boarding I don't feel guilty leaving her, I drop her off happy as a clam, and I pick her up happy but tired, and she usually spends the next day sleeping. Their trainers are great, they have an amazing amount of patience with the dogs and you can tell the dogs are well taken care of.

an amazing transformation

I brought my dog to A Canine Experiance, and at first she was a lil timid thinking it was a vet but they employees there were really welcoming and came up to her very nicely and started offering her treats and she hesitily would take them she was able to use there four acre park and run and play with other dogs along with getting some obedience training and when i came back she was a happy dog and now she loves everyone and she a completely new dog it has helped so much i can take her on walks with out her hiding away and triping me along the way, she proudly walks by myside and wants to greet everyone and every dog to. Now when I bring her as soon as we pull on to the road she is wagging her tail and barking with excitment and happy to see everyone there and they all love her and welcome her very well. I greatly recommend this place for all your dog needs they are amazing and very welcoming and they seem to treat my dog as if it was one of there own and sure they will to yours to!!!!!

Best place ever

I just recently left my dog for two weeks of training. It was the best thing I could have done for my dog. My dog learned so much, I couldn't believe the transformation. The trainers were very professional and did a wonderful job teaching me and my family. I am so happy with my dog. She is now a great family dog. I look forward to working with A Canine Experience in the future.

bad experience

brought my greatdane in canine experience they worked with him as soon as we entered he didnt get a chance to get to know them; they put 2 training coallors on and 2 leashes bolth being yanked on so hard he was yellping stressed tail between his legs the whole time when everybody left they decided to work with him more but he was so tired and stressed all he wanted to do is liedown sothey countionued by draging him across the floor he was to stressed tired toget up . sohe finnaly got up was not happy .they then tried telling me my dog was not safe dog they said we should keep him there for 4weeks,if they could not get him trained he may have to be put to sleep. also when i took his training collar of it was so tight we almost had to use boltcutters

Frightening Experience

We brought our dog to this boarding place to stay for a week, and when we picked her up, my dog looked quite scared and seemed to be cold and shaking. Then I asked for the dog bed we brought, and when it was brought out, it was sopping wet with both water and urine! The lady didn't say much about it just said, "Oh, she must have had an accident", and just gave me a garbage bag for the stinky, wet bed. My dog doesn't urinate in her own bed unless she was very scared! I had a feeling that the bed was wet because they just put it on a cold, wet floor that was hosed out. I was so upset, I didn't know what to say. Needless to say, I will never subject my dog to this experience again!
My dog had stayed many times at Cascade Kennels and Pets Mart, never had a problem and was always deliriously happy at drop-off and pick-up. Stay away!
