Professional medical care. I have seen Dr. Cooperrider three now for treatments with filler, botox and tattoo, flying nearly 2000 miles round trip for his professional treatment. All the procedures were not painful, also affordable. My red color tattoo has totally gone. My face looks younger than before. I have been extremely nervous about injecting a neurotoxin into my face each time I've gone, but Dr. Cooperrider and his Pas have gone above and beyond to put my fears to rest. The last visit I had some Radiesse put into my NL folds which is my first time to use it, but was pretty scared to do so. Dr. Cooperrider was very patient, answered all of my concerns about the products. The injections were not painful, I had virutally no bruising and I really like the results. Dr. Cooperrider

Uncaring staff. After going here for several treatments for hyperpigmentation (which were successful), I showed up for another appt. The technician did a "test spot" which she had never done before. This raised a red flag, but I let it slide. After the treatment was done, I was horribly bruised, including the spot where she did the "test spot." I thought, if the test spot bruised, why didn't she stop? To this day, I think they administered the wrong treatment. The bruises lasted for weeks. I just get the feeling that they're under pressure to do as many treatments as possible and don't pay attention to what they're doing.

Poor Customer Service. I have used this laser treatement center in the past for leg veins and found the treatments successful. Recently I went in to have three small areas on my leg touched up. It was probably a 5 minute procedure, but I was told I was there for a half hour treatment and that the cost would be $260 as it is done by time. Areas were treated on my legs that I could not even see. The person treating me was new to me and the treatment flat out didn't work. I have had these treatments before and my belief is that the laser was not set appropriately. I called and spoke to several people. I asked for a short complimentary treatment on the three areas since I had and paid for a treatment that was not needed let alone didn't work. After several phone calls I was told I could come in for a discounted treatement as sometimes it takes several treatments to make the veins disappear. I understand that process, but it certainly didn't apply this time, it was simply a failed treatment. I will be looking for a new provider that is more customer service oriented. The appropriate customer service decision to give their time for 5 minutes to fix my issue instead of being greedy has cost them a customer.
