Poor Service

I went to this clinic to get help for a chronic dermatologic issue that had been occurring for many years. Dr. Levy was friendly, had good bedside manner, and seemed knowledgeable. I was in contact with this clinic for over 2 months, trying to resolve this issue after trying different treatments. Several times when calling in, I would be interrupted on the phone, put on hold, and someone else would get on the phone, so I would have to start over. Probably about 5 times over 2 months, I left messages regarding the treatments not being successful. I would wait several days and never receive a call back, so I would have to call again. Meanwhile, the problem was worsening while I waited for a call and a discussion as to the next treatment option. The office staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional, especially when talking by phone. I would not return to this office due to the lack of follow through and disorganization on an office level.

Front desk staff is absent minded

The second time I went they tried to get me to register as a new patient when I had just done so a couple weeks ago. Then they tried to charge me twice for a consult fee. The third time I was supposed to go, I received a voicemail less than 24 hours before my appointment and it said my appointment was canceled because they were no longer performing the procedure I had scheduled over one month ago. THEN an automated voicemail immediately followed confirming my appointment for tomorrow. I don't care if Dr. Levy works miracles, I won't go back and don't reccomend this office.

Friendliest Doctor

Friendly and Caring. Wonderful staff. Easy to get needed appointment. Dr. Levy does not rush you, and takes time to listen to your concerns. His staff is professional and courteous. I would recommend to anyone.

An excellent clinic!

I am writing a review on a few experiences that Iv'e had at this clinic. I was coming in for a minor surgical procedure,so was a little nervous. That went away quickly,because from the minute I walk in the door, I was made to feel at home. I was greeted by the freindly front office staff and then took my seat. The waiting area was stocked with goodies like coffee,teas,and hot cocoa. There's a laptop to play with,magazines to read,and a few movies to watch while you're waiting to be seen. Much better than your usual clinic fare. Which brings me to the wait times. I was impressed by how quickly I got in,I had barely opened up the book I had brought in! Dr. Levy and is medical assistants were very personable,and made me feel quite comfortable during my procedure. They were patient and addressed all of my concerns,and made sure I went home with everything I needed after the surgery. I soon after returned to the clinic for a cosmetic consult with the Aesthetician,Blair Adams. She was very professional and knowlegeable on the products and services I had interest in. I then came back for a small cosmetic treatment,which was quite relaxing.The staff went above and beyond what I would normally expect in a clinic,I will most definately be referring my family and freinds here.(I just referred my tax lady!)

No More Psoriasis

i have battled with Psoriasis my whole life. I have been to a number of physicians who prescribed me lotions, creams and ointments which are very messy and sticky. They got on my clothing and bedding. When I came to see Dr Levy he told me about UVB therapy to treat my psoriasis. it is a similar to a tanning bed that i stand in for a few minutes at his office. Well my skin is clearing i have never seen such great results from anything else i have done. If you have battled Psoriasis like i have you must try UVB.
