A Terrible Company

Contrary to the other two reviews here, I had a terrible experience with this company. Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning up after themselves, they wanted to charge me to come back and inspect their job after I informed them that the roof was leaking all down one side of the house (underneath the eaves)! I have subsequently found out that they did not install flashing at the base of the dormer as they said they would and the leakage is subsequently coming down under the shingling they installed. When they finally did come back they refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge me more money to fix their shoddy work! Unbelievable.

Great value & service

Magnolia roofing surprised me by submitting a bid $3000.00 lower than their competitors (This made me a but suspicious), but Mike (the owner) seemed like he was trustworthy and service-oriented and I chose them. I wasn't disappointed. They did a great job on my roof. It looks great and the price was right. They were also quite helpful with product selection. There was a delay with my project, but it was due to the suplier (not the contractor); we chose a unique product.
