Fast Service. Whenever I?m in the mood for pasta but I don?t have time to cook myself I head to Pallino?s for a quick bite. I would personally recommend the Sun-dried Tomato Pesto with an Italian soda. It?s not too heavy but it certainly fills you up. The service is great and fast too!

Key to Pallino's vision is a machine from Switzerland that portions, cooks and drains a serving of pasta in 90 seconds; kids love the "pasta rocket" for the name as much as parents appreciate the speedy delivery. The pasta is available as thin spaghetti, cheese ravioli or chicken tortellini, and is topped with one of fifteen sauces that the staff prepares on the spot. Grilled panini, salads and sweets round out the menu.

good for lunch. The Pallino in Bellevue is a cafeteria-style resturant. You stand at the counter, looking up at the menu, and then when you're ready to order, you step up to the counter. They'll take your name and bring out your food on a tray. Thus - it has very little ambience. However, I personally thought the sweet salad I had with dried cherries and grapes was quite good, and I plan to visit this place more often.
