At first, it took them twenty minutes to begin the one-hour appointment I made with them to get my wheels aligned, then they took an hour and a half doing it. When I got my car back, the alignment was still way off. So I brought it right back to them and they said they couldn't finish it that day and that I had to come back tomorrow. So I came back the next day and waited another 20 minutes to start my appointment again, only this time it took nearly two hours of waiting. And when I got my car back, the alignment was still off! I was really angry. I got my money back. Will never go back there again.
Great Customer Service. Les Schwab fixed our flat tire quickly and did not charge us. Service and people were great. We did not have an appointment, and just stopped by to see if they could fix it. Their place was full of cars, and they told us it would be about an hour, so we left the car and shopped next door at Fred Meyer for 20 minutes. Then, we decided to go back and read or watch TV in Les Schwab?s waiting room. After only 10 minutes had passed while in the waiting room, our car was ready. I took out my wallet to pay, but they said it was complimentary and to think of them when we need new tires. What a nice surprise to not be charged, and we will definitely check out their prices when we need new tires.
One bad apple can ruin a business relationship. I'm a loyal customer. I live in Seattle, but once had a tire urgency that required me to go to Les Scwab in Bellevue a few years ago...they fixed if for free. I was impressed, and have been back ever since. I've been there a few times already, and very pleased with the service, until my last visit. Was served on by a rude young man, super super arrogant, I had some questions about tires, which, I admit, were kinda dumb questions, but hey, I'm no tire expert, but instead of being patient and addressing my concerns, he just nodded and smirked. This dude doesn't like to talk, apparantly its' more "cool" to just nod and point. Well, how about this..you just lost a loyal customer..not just to this place, but to all Les Scwab's. It just occurred to me that they have become so big, that customer service falls by the wayside, and they just hire young punks to work there. The good ol dependable Les Scwab is long long gone. I recommend the mom and pop tire stores...they depend on customer service to get people back. Les is just not trying anymore...."Les" is truly LESS.
