Hinshaw's delivered! Made a positive experience from the negative experience of a bent hood and some front-end damage from a minor fender bender. In the end, Hinshaw's delivered my car looking as new as when I bought it. I really appreciated the helpful advice and guidance I received from Jason, one of Hinshaw's estimators, and the beautiful work that resulted. Very thorough inspection and attention to detail; even the engine bay looked like it had been given a good cleaning. Thanks again!

Very Honest. I bought a vehicle 5 days ago and I just found out it had a salvaged title. I called Hinshaw's Auto Body in Auburn and spoke with the Manager Tom and he told me to bring it in to him in the morning and he would make time to check out the safety of it. The next morning I went in and they got the car in right away. After they were done inspecting the vehicle he brought me out and showed me all of the damage that there was to the vehicle. They were so honest and let me know that the car was not worth fixing and was not safe. I appreciate their honesty, being a female many mechanics would take advantage of you and get you spending a lot of money repairing your car, but that wasn't the case. Even though I was extremely dissapointed in what they found, I am glad that they were honest with me so that I don't risk injuring myself or my family in a car accident. Tom also told me next time I find a car I am interested in buying, call him and he will do a safety check on it for me. Thank you Tom!

Always reliable repairs. I've gone there multiple times for body repair on different Honda vehicles, and they've always done an excellent job. The car comes back as good as new. I trust their work, so they're always the place I go to for Honda repairs.

Worst auto body in Washington! Beware!. If anyone needs their car repaired, please do not go to this shop. They have horrible customer service and they are "LIARS!" When I dropped off my car, they said it would be done within 4 days. We are now on our 12th day and I still have no car! First they tell me that they are delayed because they have to order a part (which is b&ll sh&t because it is only a minor scratch/dent). Then, a few days later they tell me that the paint spraying machine is not working. They keep making up excuses to delay the whole process.... It does not take a genius to figure out what is going on. They put my car last on their priority list because it is a small repair. THE WHOLE REPAIR SHOULD TAKE NO LONGER THAN A FEW HOURS!!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NO CAR!!! I ask if I could pick up my car regardless of it being done, they say that the car is not in drivable condition. IT WAS A MINOR SCRATCH, HOW COULD IT NOT BE IN DRIVABLE CONDITION?!!! I'm planning on picking up my car tomorrow, whether it is done or not. If it's not done, I plan on taking it somewhere else. If you need your car repaired, please do not go to this shop....save yourself the trouble. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONESTY, AND JUST PLAIN BAD SERVICE!!!
