Great Service and Friendly Driver. My car broke down this evening at 9:00pm on a dark road. I used my smart phone and found Wally's Towing. I picked them because they had a 5 star rating from other people. They did not disappoint me. They quickly picked up me and my car and delivered us to the repair facility.

Due to the hour the facility was closed and the driver offered to drive me to a store close by so I wouldn't have to wait alone for my ride to pick me up. He went above and beyond to make sure I would be ok.

I would highly reccommend Wally's if you need a tow. They were wonderful!

Amazing service today!. Chuck Carl was my two truck operator and was amazing to work with. Two other two companies had showed up today just to say I'm not going down that hill its too much effort not this guy. He came down and it was over an hour effort to get me out. He was persistent in getting me out and home to my family. On the second attempt after adding chains to the tow truck he took me out and when I offered him a gratuity he declined. I cannot recommend these guys enough don't waste your time with other Lynwood operators I was left high and dry but not by these guys. Next time I need a tow I'm calling Chuck.

Great Quality & Service. I also find it amusing that someone would be ignorant enough to post how a family member just had a 'pipe' in his car and a tow company has a lot of nerve to do their job and charge accordingly! I have used Wallys Towing on a couple of occasions and have always received excellent and prompt service. The rates are comparable to any other tow company in the area. I appreciated how the tow truck was clean, the driver took great care with my car and they explained the charges clearly to me. Thanks!

Lou Larsen's Comment. Dear Lou,

I am part of the towing industry also. I find it hilarious that you have the guts to write on an internet site that your son had a pipe in his car and it was impounded. It’s funny that you are mad about the cost of his impound and not upset that your son was doing drugs.

Lets speak of the impound. Every tow yard has rules in which they come up with the fee you pay to get your car back. The fees are set up via the police agencies that call in the tow. Then there is a storage fee, which again every tow yard has. The fees are accumulated in 12hr increments. Your son’s car was in their yard 14.5 hrs.

The $350 fee that was paid is actually common and for some yards, cheap.

In my opinion you should do your facts about fees and compare them. This company has been around for 18+ years with a great reputation. Reputations are important, and negative ones like yours are not necessary.

Bad Business. I would not recommend Wally's to anybody out there looking for an honest company. My son was pulled over and his car impounded Monday morning at 2am for having a pipe in his glove box (no ticket issued). Wally's was the tow service that the police used in this case. My son picked up his car at 4:30pm that same day and the charge was $350. Pure and simple extortion to get your property back in my humble opinion. I think Wally's Towing should be featured on an episode of Get Jesse.
