Sunset Bank has three locations and three ATMs but you can use any ATM you want. Sunset will refund ATM fees to you. Their CD rates are very good. Dee at the Sunset Drive office is great and always answers all your questions. The tellers are very nice and know your name. Free coffee and cookies in the lobby, too.

Pros: high cd rates, friendly staff
