Delicious Ribs. We just had Bill's bbq for our annual meeting with Emmaus Road Church in Newcastle. The BBQ was delicious. Everyone from our church really loved it especially the kids. The only down side was that it was not ready exactly when they said it would be. Emmaus Road will definitely be eating Bill's again!

I love good BBQ. The service was great and responsive. The ribs I ordered tasted like they had been boiled in water. The BBQ sauce was watery. I think the chef was trained in a retirement home where seasoning and taste are a no no. I love my BBQ and will drive to the other side of town just to get home made hot links totaly disregarding the cost of gas. Please someone open up a real BBQ joint "Chicago style".

Great BBQ but order extra sauce! Desserts are amazing, Collard Greens are great!. The barbecue is great, I disagree with those who want to smell more smoke, I think it's smoky enough. My only complaint is I always have to order 2-3 extra things of BBQ sauce but it's worth it and the extra sauce is not expensive.

Mediocre.... I live very near Bill's Bodacious, but rarely go there. The food is not bad, but my sense is it is not true BBQ (cooked low and slow with smoke). Their meats do not have any smokiness, there is no smell of smoke on site. The portions are small for the price. The upside of the place is the side dishes are good and the people are friendly. But if you want BBQ, there are much better places within a few miles.

You're kidding right?. I drive by ths place twice a day. On the way home one friday night I decided to give it a try. The place is clean, the service is friendly. We ordered pork ribs and chicken. Both were cooked well but just didn't stand out. The bbq sauce tasted like ketchup and vinegar.

I've lived in Georgia and Texas, I 've had BBQ at varios places in both states. I 've eaten in Memphis at both the Rendevouz and Corky's. Bill's just doesn't do it. I feel bad because I like the people who run the place.

I think what's missing is that smoky BBQ tastes. The sause should be maybe sweeter and have a mild bite of spice to it.

There are too many options to for BBQ in Seattle to return to Bill's.

BBQ To Die For. Eastside's best barbecue - Great pork, beef and chicken. The ribs are great and the sides are fresh. Wonderful homemade desserts. If you like a little bit of a kick in your BBQ sauce try Bill's Secert Weapon Sauce. It is sweet and spicey at the same time. The food is great and the personal service make this a ten in my book.

Great BBQ!. Great food and service, nothing else like it in the area. The pulled pork, red beans and rice, and potato salad are great! Sometimes I stop by just for their iced tea. You can order large portions of meat and sides to take home and feed your family/friends as well.

The Best BBQ in the Seattle Area. Bill's has amazing Kansas City style BBQ. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness, and is available in mild or hot. Even without the sauce, the pulled pork is the most delicious I've ever tasted, and I'm from a part of the country where BBQ is sacred.
