Jewel of Capitol Hill. I just moved to Capitol Hill and just couldn't be more thrilled to find this gem of a spa in my new hood. I used to sugar but the wax the high maintenance ladies use is just so much better and faster and less painful, I'm hooked, I wish I could see them every week for some kind of pampering or maintenance. I have seen Mericke and Naomi and both are awesome! Facial treatments are next on my wish list.

Best Brazilian EVER!. I decided, after another horrible experience at Wax On, it was time for a change. I called up Naomi and Co. and, after explaining just how bad my last experience had been, they were kind enough to book me for the last appointment of the day at 5pm (when Naomi is usually leaving.) After going to High Maintenance, I'm never going anywhere else ever again! What a joy to have an aesthetician who is so talented, you can walk out the door after a Brazilian and walk downtown, have dinner with friends, and walk home with absolutely no discomfort! Thank you, Naomi! You've made waxing worth it again!

WONDERUL BIRTHDAY GIFT. My friends got me a facial, and a mani/pedi for my birthday last october. I knew the price and I would gladly return. The facial was amazing. Both relaxing and refreshing. I am a HUGE spa fanatic and try new places in the area monthly. This was hands down the best facial ever! I think I even feel alseep a little! The mani-pedi was amazing! The people were both professional and personable. It was a very comfortable enviorment and would happly recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Brazilians, Amazing Facials, Fabulous Products. I have been coming to Naomi at High Maintenance for my Brazilian wax since their opening a few years ago and I could never imagine going elsewhere! Naomi has always been fantastic, she makes the waxing quick and painless. I have also had facials here and they have been by far the best I have had. They really set the expectations high, completely spoiling you during your treatments! Everything from their friendly hospitality, welcoming Mimosas and wonderful products (Jane Iredale cosmetics, refreshing Yonka facial care, yummy lotions and beautiful jewelery) keeps me looking forward to my once a month visits.

My favorite place to do all my waxing! Plus, I love supporting my local female-owned businesses! Top Notch Skin Salon!!!. I've been going to High Maintenance since January 2003. It's just as good as it was then as it is today despite their enormous clientele growth. I still receive personalized and personable attention every time I come in. Naomi and Kristi have been there from the start. Kristi is really sweet and does amazing make up applications and mani's of course. No one can beat Naomi when it comes to facials. It is the perfect place for me, as it is a chic and girly girl atmosphere, but can appeal to anyone that appreciates good service. Worth every penny on the Brazilian!!! Love you gals!!!

Relaxing and Inviting with a great facial to boot!. What a sweet intimate place to have facials and waxing. I would NOT recommend the manicures, but EVERYTHING else at High Maintenance is great. Jen is fantastic, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Seattle is full of cute little spas, but what sets this place apart is really the quality of the service and atmosphere. They are relaxed. I feel pampered with inviting customer service, great waxing, great facials and none of the pretense of Gene Juarez.

I LOVED MY FACIAL. This was quite possibley the BEST facial I have ever had! The products were high quality and my face seemed to keep glowing even days later. I have been to this salon many times for my waxing services and thought that was there specialty, I learned facials are too!! High Maintenance Rocks!

Phenomenal Pedicure and Great Ambiance. I found this salon on Citysearch and decided to give it a try for a Twinkle Toes pedicure. Kristi was fabulous!! She stayed late and took extra time with my feet, which needed some big help. First class products, service, and environment make this salon a great place to treat yourself after a long week. They're top notch all the way.

Luv this spa. I recently had a wedding and prepared for it by getting regular facial by Ana, and by the "big day" my skin looked and felt amazing!! Each treatment was soo relaxing, I highly recommend this spa.

AMAZING FACIAL. I had recently taken the advise of Allure Magazine to try a facial by Naomi Lewis, WOW. It has been one week and my skin is still amazing and radiant. I travel often and really wanted a relaxing and ultra hydrating treatment, it was delivered!! The staff was super sweet, holding my shopping bags and serving a beautiful hot tea (okay this is Seatlle and yes It was cold and raining)! So I loved getting into a lovely heated bed and having my hands massaged and wrapped in mitt warmers even before my facial began. True Bliss.
