Your dog deserves the best...This is not it!. I don't understand how someone could take the time to research a company and overlook the comments they find and still bring their best friend to this establishment. The only thing I can assume is that the good comments are supplied by owners/employees/ friends. I don't know how someone in customer service can treat clients in this manner and expect to stay in business, if they treat people like this, how are they going to treat your pet? To the second family that lost their pet, my condolences to you. I have been in the business for years, I am sorry to inform you, defecating, urinating, and throwing up are symtoms of strangulation, which is what I have been told (by a former employee) happened to your dog when the groomer left her hanging unattendend to talk on her cell phone.

Best Decision I Ever made was to make an appointment for my Golden. They scheduled a FULL WASH. appointment and my dog has never been cleaner. The first visit I did a SELF SERVICE wash. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The atmosphere is very Professional with Experienced Groomers. I'm not sure what the other person experienced with he dog to give this establishment a negative rating, but I have found Dirty Dogs BathHouse to be a God send, especially on my back. I destroyed our bathroom at home trying to give my Golden a bath in the bath tub. ********Check it out for yourself....you will be pleasantly surprised with a cleaner dog than you have ever had. They got every loose hair out of my Teddy, they not only expressed Teddy's stinky glands at no charge, they included the nail trim and tidy of Teddy's feet and feathers********I think the previous negative review is really uncalled for. I asked the owner about that negative review and he stated that the dog which died was of a heart attack and would have happened even if the dog was at home. Grooming is stressfull, as we all know, and that that dog was matted and severly neglected by the owner.*********Making an appointment with Dirty Dogs staff and you will be pleasantly surprised. They also sell the greatest all natural dog food in the world ...Solid Gole Pet Products....your dog will have more enery and stay younger for a longer period of time********

My dog died in the tub at Dirty Dogs Bathhouse. On July 3, 2006, we took our dog in to be groomed. almost 3 weeks later I had to pick up her ashes at the vets. No explaination, no apologies, just "of course we will pay to dispose of your dog" followed by extreme rudness and threats to call the police if I did not leave his store.

And he is the one that posted the only good review I have found "raybigs"

*****DIRTY DOGS IS THE BEST*****. I FOUND THEIR SELF WASH BAYS TO SET FOR EASE OF GROOING YOUR PET. THE OWNER GIVES INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET A 'SUPER CLEAN' DOG. THEY ALSO CARRY THE BEST WHOLE/NATURAL DOG FOOD:***SOLID GOLD PET PRODUCTS***

tHEIR EXPERINCED GROOMERS DO EXCELLENT WORK ON COCKERS, BIVHON'S AND ALL OTHER BREEDS. WALK IN NAIL CLIPPING FOR $10 IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE

***I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROOMING SALON OVER ANY OTHER IN SNOHOMISH & N. KING COUNTIES****VERY VERY CLEAN***
