I started yoga 4 years ago with D'ana Baptiste and I was hooked after the first class! Since then I have taken teacher training and certification from her so I can pass on what I've learned to others. It is a rewarding industry to be part of. Thanks to D'ana for her enthusiasm in teaching! I highly recommend any class on the schedule for those looking for weight loss, a challenge, and well being!

D'ana Baptiste is the most amazing yoga instructor I have encountered in Utah, and one of the best I have studied with anywhere in the country. I would find it hard to believe that there is anyone in Utah better trained that can relate to students like she does, no matter if they're beginners or very advanced. Her blend of all the best of yoga make her classes challenging but very rewarding. All of her instructors are top-notch, and the new facility is beautiful!
