I've been going to the Noc Noc for years and have always had a good time. The beer is cold, the tots are hot and they have a really entertaining burlesque show every Thursday night put on by Sinner Saint Burlesque. This is a top notch show that can make your bachelorette party, birthday party or date night extra special.
Noc what!. I went to the noc noc with my girlfriend and had an alright time except it took 25 min to get a drink cause NERDS kept pushing my girl to the side. Finally she cussed them out and was able to order. While sitting outside I got the feeling that I could be apart of a drive by shooting if I am not carefull! This place SUCKS.
BEST 80's Dance place!!. Just visited here Sat March 12, 2011 visiting with my friend Angie from Portland, OR and we were looking for a great place to cut loose and have a good time and great drinks and SCORE!!! We loved this place, every age, just there to have fun type of place...and people watch..lol...great staff, Tye the bartender made us some great drinks and I recommend him make you the Goon Juice.....we are young in our 40's and had a blast here meeting people and danced the night away, they also have food all night.
80's night is the best. so much fun to end our night dancing to old beats with videos, always room on the dance floor, no cheesy pick up guys there (except the staff). i would take a group of friends there and dance alot
Sinner Saint Burlesque on Thursdays keeps me coming back!. I've been to the Noc Noc for happpy hour and after hours events a number of times over the years. But latelty I've been going a lot on Thursday night because I've discovered that there is an AWESOME burlesque show there every week. Sinner Saint provides high quality entertainment, gorgeous performers, skilled dancers, top notch costumes, and their host is a hilarious female comedian. It is so much fun! I took some friends who were visiting from Chicago to see the show recently and they LOVED it, they said there isn't anything like that in Chicago. It doesn't hurt that the drinks are very affordable and STRONG :)
Can't go wrong.
Since I moved to Seattle, this place has held some of the fondest memories for me. The DJs are good, the decor is gorgeous, and you meet some of the best people in town.
Anyone who comes to Seattle and wants a little taste of the real thing should definately come to Noc at least five or seven times.
Also: see if someone can invite you to the Merc. You'll need to know a member and dress in all-black, but it's the only underground club left.
Burlesque show on Thursday, Happy Hour and Strong Drinks. I love this place because I love strip-tease and burlesque and I can see a show here any week for only $10. Whenever I have friends in from out of town I take them to the Thursday night show here to see the gals shimmy, shake and take it off. I end up here at Happy Hour pretty regularly too. They have big portions and cheap prices so it's great to go after work and share some tater tots and grab a strong cheap drink. I have had fun here on dates, with a big group of rowdy girlfriends and with just a couple of my friends on nights we want to get dressed up and feel fancy (not that the bar is fancy by any means, but the burlesque girls are, so we fit in when we get dressed up).
Great Place for a Bachelor/ette Party on Thursdays. My friends and I threw a bachelorette party at Sinner Saint Burlesque / Noc Noc last night and we had a blast! the show is great, lots of fun and the Sinner Saint producer was super accomodating. They offer a great bachelorette package and the bride can get a mini 101 burlesque lesson on stage. Our bride didn't know and this was a great surprise! Fantastic idea for a fun and different bachelorette :)
BEST cabarete pole show you ever did see!!!!!.
If you go to the Noc on a wednesday night be ready to hold on to your hat!! The Hysteria Cabarete Girls are the best! This place is offf the chain! You will see some of the hottest girls in town flying around a pole with grace and ease PLUS the star of the show PANTERA is a MUST SEE!!!
Featured all over the world, Pantera has brought 'pole' to a whole new level. Inspiring veterans and beginners alike, and changing they way the world looks at pole performers, she has been branded as the world's most famous pole dancer. She and her gals of infinite charm will amaze and entertain the hell out of you every time!!! It's only $5 to come on in AND only a few dollars to tip the girls ;D see you there!!!
Rudest Bartender EVER.
I walked into the NOCNOC for the first time last night. I sat down at the BAR and waited for service. The bartender looked at me a couple times but kept getting drinks for others and started to talk to a couple chicks about his glasses and how long he has been wearing them... REALLY? you don't want to serve someone at the bar.. instead talk about your glasses? I then heard my name and what do you know.. it was one of my ex gf's sister who was sitting in a booth (with a drink!) and she explained to me that I had to go to the side of the bar to order... and you'd have to be a "regular" to order a drink sitting.. who doesn't serve people sitting at a bar? So I did.. i moved to the side to get a jack on the rocks.. the bartender served two people in front of me, then looked at me and walked away to go talk to the girls again.. are you f'ing serious? All I wanted was a drink after a long day of work and this bartender had to have an attitude at some little freaking bar? How sad. Needless to say, i walked out and will never be back. I just wonder, did I upset his fragile self by sitting at the bar thinking I could get a drink that way.. and for that fact he wouldn't serve me even at the side or the bar? I should have known better! How rude of me to think I could SIT at a BAR and try to order a drink...
btw.. this was Wed around 6pm.. so maybe it's different on other days.
it is different from that day! noc's staff is the best! people tend to congregate around the bar area & at times, those patrons in need & the ones still trying to find a seat, are hard to distinguish from eachother. it's possible the bartender assumed you'd been helped, since you didnt use your words to signal a drink order.
