prepare for a wait. this was my second visit to this place in 8 months. both times we waited long time for server to come to table, waited for non-alcoholic drinks, waited to have order taken, long wait for food to come, had to ask for refill of water, server spilled water all over table while pouring it, server commented on how fast she thought i had eaten my food, server appeared to fake being interested in who i was and why i was in town, had to ask for a spoon with desert, had to get my own napkin from table next to us. the list could go on about the extremely poor and, seemingly, uninterested attitude i received both times at this place. server commented that they were very full and busy tonight as her excuse for being a less than acceptable server. will not return to this location but might try a different one as the food was good. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This establishment employs thieves!. I hosted my friend's birthday party for about 15 people back in December but just found out that the server who helped us is still employed there so i felt a little compelled to write a review. The food was actually pretty good along with the drinks and even the service UNTIL days later I checked my bank account was charged $68 instead of the $45 that I authorized. Now this might not seem like a big deal but I thought it was a little weird. I proceeded to call my friend who was also apart our group that split our tab 4 ways and sure enough his account was charged an extra $45.

Our tab came to something like $130 plus some change...we all put in $45 (two of us paying on our cards and the other two paying with cash). When all was said and done we left $180 total between the 4 of us. You thinking the same thing I am??? Our pretty little Birdie pocketed the $90 in cash and charged the two cards the balance thinking we were stupid and won't check our bank statements...

I called Joeys and asked to speak with the manager, I was asked what this was in reference too and so I explained my situation, I was put on hold and was told the bookkeeper would call me and take care of that. I never received a call back. I never spoke with the manager, I had to call several times wasting my time and energy to get back my money. I was offered ONE drink as an apology!!!

I'm sorry but the last time I looked charging someones acount for an unauthorized amount is a crime!!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS JOEY's AGIAN and WILL tell ALL my friends about my HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THAT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EMPLOYS THIEVES.

Worst dining experience EVER. I will NEVER be back to this restaurant again. I came in with a date on Sunday night for a quiet dinner. The restaurant was moderately full; the bar still was fairly full due to an earlier football game that was over for at least an hour. Sat by the deck window, and there were 2 large parties of 8+ opposite who were VERY LOUD, yelling, hi-fiving, etc. Mangement did NOTHING to calm them down. Other patrons who came in at the same time were also upset. The food was good when we finally got it, but server FORGOT my side dish and I did not receive it until almost end of meal. Then a group of football hooligans who were in the bar decided to go outside to the deck (which had been closed; they should not have been allowed out there), and proceeded to sit at the outside bar and make lewd gestures AT ME while I was eating! One of them then THREW ICE at the window to get my attention; I just got right up and found the manager and told her what just happened; she basically did NOTHING to these jerks and made some comment about "Well, it's game night!", like there was nothing she could do about these drunken asses! Last time I checked, the Seahawk game was OVER, and Joey's is NOT a sports bar, filled with drunken frat boys who think they can get away with obnoxious behavior! I spent $100 on dinner and was treated so badly it's not funny. Manager tried to appease me as I left by offering a gift certificate - I declined, and she proceeded to CHASE AFTER ME as I left the restaurant! I am just appalled by this whole situation and will also be calling management. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Extraordinary Food, Great Service, & TOTALLY HOT Waitresses!. We often go to the Lake Union Joeys (Bellevue location too) with my wife, children and friends. The food is always outstanding with a great and fun selection. The view is amazing and the service has never been anything other than awesome. The staff is always extremely friendly too.

I have got to say though . . . the waitresses are BEYOND SMOKING HOT! Holy cow!!! How can Joey's find so many totally gorgeous girls? Not only are they absolutely beautiful but they they wear short skirts, killer dresses, high heels, etc. It's hard to keep your eyes on the table.

Please visit if you haven't already. You will not be disappointed.

Food is great - service mediocre. Been to joeys 5-6 times and the food is always perfect. This last time the server was just too busy or ??? Nice guy whenever he finally made it to our table, but just wasn't the best.
