Super reliable and friendly neighbourhood Indian food. Good selection and lots of expats, a little something for everyone.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! RACIST & SEXIST!. TERRIBLE SERVICE. we did not get our waiter until 30 minutes have passed and our &order did not pass through because they did not have a little bit of that a little bit of this... finally after an hour and a half we got you order to our table (it was our whole family of 9) they also messed up on our order, but we were hungry and did not care at that time so we started eating, the food had a funny taste.. and the served so little not fair at all i must say. finally, when i saw the price of what everything we ordered, they doubled and tripled everything! our whole family was angry. they started cursing at us and pointing fingers at our children and the grandparents rushed them to the car. They kept on yelling at us asking us to pay the 'full' price.. of course we said no. They started threatening us..... saying outrageous ... they said that they have us on camera and that they will find us if we leave.... oh my goodness and they started saying they would call the police. Heck we were gonna call first so we called and the police told us to pay what we needed and just to get out of there and so we started for the exit. The people that were yelling at us sadly were the bosses. At least 2 of main people at the restaurant. They did not stop yelling at us especially when we walked out.. my wife claims that one of the guys pushed her and she is pregnant for gods sake! When we were getting in the car the were accusing us of not believing in god and other outrageous things. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Simply Authentic.. Dark, cold, rainy and windy Seattle evening. What a wonderful place to spend it. The service made you feel like family, the food was simple - Authentic and appropriately prepared. If you are looking for wonderful Indian cuisine prepared by people who make you feel at home this is the place!

At your own risk!.... Ok. Bombay Grille officially spoiled my wifes birthday with their horrible horrible service, especially towards indian people! which is wierd because this is an indian restaurant, somehow focussed on giving service to non indian folks.

Two other people I have met there shared the same feeling.

a. Our food was delayed and the orders set by "american' folks were given first, this is accurate because not only i timed it, I also kept a count.

b. Other folks were approached by the waiters, and they dint care much for the indian families in the place(there were only two).

c. Service is poor in general, because they dont care to fill your water or even bother to ask you....

our naan bread was done in a hurry and was unbaked inside! this is bad for your stomach and you will have issues later! ...

Maybe I am feeling that they are biased based on my observations, but I believe I am right. I dont even give someone bad review if I dont mean it.

I drove 23 miles to come to this restaurant and they would not even bring their manager to hear me out. so if you want to go here, you should do so at the risk of your evening being spoiled. if you want real indian food(these guys just make up curries), y ou should try like udupi or mysore masala (not that they are that great service, but atleast your food will be better :) )

Sorry but this is my humble opinion.

Mangos! Mangos! Mangos!. 8 of my closest friends and I recently went to Bombay for my birthday. We were able to make reservations and our table was ready for us when we arrived! The inside of the restaurant was beautiful and it was very large. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive the entire evening. The menu has lots of selections but I had to go for the usual Tiki Masala. It was, unfortunately, luke-warm and average, at best. I've had better. But it was still tasty. Don't let my so-so dinner scare you. Some of my friends had a small sample platter and they LOVED it. They all raved and were so glad they ordered it. Have I emntioned the AMAZING drinks??? They have an assortment of different Mango drinks so everyone ordered something different. I had the BEST Mango Daquiri ever! Okay... I had two. :) And some of their chai tea. A little bitter for my preference, but I love sugary stuff. The best part of the evening was when the waitress brought us a free dessert for my birthday. It was some kind of Mango cheesecake and it was yummy!!!!!!!!!! I would return just to have a bunch of different Mango treats. :)
