- Know Before You Go:
- Private tatami rooms in the back are great for parties. There's also a small sushi bar inside.
don't know own hours

our familly went to this place on 4-27-08 at 1005pm.We were told that they were closed. it says on their website that they are open till 11pm. the employee said he has been there 22 years and they have never been open till 11. Well, maby you should take a look at their website. He suggested we walk to burger king, maby he was not too crazy about his place. maby they should eleminate their website if they don't want to know what their hours are.
- Pros: none
- Cons: don't know own hours
Great Customer Service

I think this place was great. I came here last Friday with my boyfriend for dinner and we had a great time here. The staff are all very friendly. We were seated promptly and my boyfriend was very impressed because we never ran out of water. I was a little skeptical at first because when we first came in there was no one in site, but less then a minute later a woman pops out with a greeting and a smile. The food was actually good. I was suprised with the huge portions we both got. I would recommend everyone try the spider rolls. It's a little spicy because of the red sauce, but delicious! I've never seen huge spider rolls in my life! We've decided to come back on our next trip to Seattle!
- Pros: Great and Friendly service, parking, food
- Cons: Make reservations because it does get busy! not really a con though.
Amazing Korean Restaurant

Shilla is my favorite when it comes to Korean. The service is some of the best I've had--everyone is friendly, fast, and helpful. The portions are more than enough for one person. The location is great and parking is easy. The combination of the atmosphere, the staff, and the flavors keeps me coming back.
- Pros: Great service, food, and location
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... EVER.
by simply_cynful at Citysearch
Kal bi was terrible, i've had better beef in china, and the service was downright degrading. Not only could we not understand the waitress be she ordered us around like children, telling me to go sit down when i got up to get the water pitcher for a refill. What's worse is that as we were leaving with empty stomaches and wallets the 'manager' came up to us and demanded to know why we left such little tip (7-8%, 1/2 of what i'd give for normal service). As i tried to brush off the question with a i didn't have change, and i'm in a hurry to be somewhere, he called me rude and i left. what's worse is that later my companions who stayed to confront the manager told me he had threated to kick my *** and that i was being rude... go figure.
- Pros: location, parking
- Cons: service, food
Excellent food!

During our 7-day long trip to Seattle, I went to Shilla four times with various groups of people, ranging from Koreans to Midwestern Americans to Cypriots to Russians. Everyone liked it, without exception. Sushi and rolls were fantastic, as were the Korean dishes. Service was Ok, but the waiting staff more than compensated for it by friendliness. Prices are very reasonable, too. A great find!
- Pros: Excellent high quality food, good variety
- Cons: None
