Edmonds >Funtasia Family Fun Park
Great for kids and adults.. This place has it all. Located off I-5 on 220th in Mountlake Terrace can be a great place to take kids or even for a more active date night or a fun night out with friends. It has mini golf, laser tag, batting cages, race cars, water bumber cars, video games and a restuarant. You can get a package that gives you the opportunity to do it all or pay to do things individually. It can add up fast though so keep your eye out for coupons. I enjoy the batting cages which have both softball and baseball and can be set to different speeds. You can bring your own bat and helmet if you want, but if not they are provided. Mini golf course could be a little more exciting but since there are not a lot of options in the area this is one of the better ones around. Kids will be entertained for hours and parents can easily send their kids off with some tokens and sit in the restuarant and gossip if they aren't up for some fun themselves.
Loads of fun. funtasia is great fun for everyone, there are loads of great things to do like minigolf, bumper boats and arcade games. the mini golf could be getter but it gets the job done, there are many different holes that will keep you entertained and the kids happy. the bumper boats are a bit cheap, there boats dont wok that well and there is hardly any space to drive its about as big as a swimming pool! but you can soak your friend or family with gallons of water. the arcade is great fun the games are a bit hard and alot money consuming but its fun. also the prizes are cheap and can probably be found at the dolla shop. but the games are great and can keep you entertained if you use your money in modration. dont be afraid to just watch for a while othwise you could be out of money very, very quickly. when i spent five dollas i got a 1 dollar prize but atleat i had fun!
Want to play mini golf? Go elsewhere!. I went up to Funtasia Family Fun Park to have fun playing miniature golf over the weekend. I honestly should have asked for my money back. The conditions of the holes were very poor in my opinion, many of the holes were also very poorly marked, and there is no kind of indicator as to where you are supposed to place the ball at each hole. Granted, the space may have been limited to where they have the 18 holes, however, to charge $7 for the deplorable condition as to how they are not kept up very well, it was not worth it and I will go elsewhere where the company shows that they truly care for what condition they keep their business. Clean equals customer, poor conditions equals lost business and revenue.
good cheap fun. I went to the batting cages -- no reservation necessary, even at peak periods. $1 per 15 pitches is competitively priced. The slow pitch softball cage does not pitch over the plate, but it's easy to stand forward in the batter's box to compensate. service-oriented staff. the equipment is a little old, but still usable.
