Too many locals who think they own the chairs and real estate

Generally, I love Tully's. The coffee is good and the staff must be hired for their pleasant demeanor. Rarely,do you go to a business that the customers are the reason you choose not to go back. Some of the oldies but not so goodies stake out chairs and tell you that is their chair and they come there every day. Funny, I heard this from others as well.
If you are just stopping by to get something, all the better and go there.
