Good Mexican food not far from home.
I've been here twice and both times, I was treated to some exquisite Mexican food. Their enchiladas are awesome and the serving portions are huge. I recommended to this place to a friend and his wife and they both love this place.

quality.
Lots of variety and combos to choose from. I got one with a chicken tamale, shredded beef enchilada, and shredded beef taco for $10.50, and it was a LOT of food. All ingredients were tasty and fresh. Secret added bonus ingredient of peas in a couple things, but since it's mexican food, I wasn't sure which item the peas came from. :-) And there was plenty of cheese on all items, unusual for the more authentic mexican restaurants in Seattle. You get two different salsas with your chips, both a little spicy for my taste, but I'm a wuss. Clean restaurant, friendly service.

Ameri-Mexican fare that pleases a wide array of diners..
In Short
Jalisco's six locations are a popular choice for the shirt-sleeve weekday lunch crowd. In the evenings, young margarita drinkers fill the place and the noise level rises. All the usual menu items are here--enchiladas, burritos, tacos, tostadas--plus a few not-so-usual items, including real chicken en mole. Try any of the enchilada plates, or the chile verde.

one of our favorites.
We absolutely love this place. The food is great, the service excellent. We feel like we are among friends whenever we go to Jalisco- the staff remember us each time. Not romantic-but great!

Love it!.
My husband and I moved into the Ravenna neighborhood about 12 months ago and have been eating at the 65th Jalisco religiously every Friday night. The food is amazing - try the chicken fajitas. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and treat us just like one of the family. Don't leave without trying the Margaritas! I usually go for a Midori Margarita. For the past few month Friday nights have been crazy so get there early, get there late, or reserve a table. It scored low on ambience because it is not a place I would go for a romantic dinner - but it is definitely the place to go for a party!

Consistently good Mexican.
I've always enjoyed Jalisco's. Having grown up in CA, it's not the best Mexican food I've ever had, but for Seattle it's pretty good. There are several locations, I've eaten at four of them and they're all consistently good.
