Acupuncture at Dreamclinic with Timothy = AWESOME!. WOW! I came in for an acupuncture session with Timothy last week, and it was absolutely amazing. I am actually very terrified of needles but thought I'd give it a chance. I am SO glad I did! Tim was incredibly soothing and talked me through the entire session. There was not a single point where I felt any discomfort or pain. He let me know what he was doing and consistently checked on how I was doing with each needle. When he put the first needle in my knee, I didn't feel the needle itself, but the lower half of my leg had this wonderful tingly sensation (almost tickly but better) and it felt heavy and warm. From there, it just kept getting better and better. He used this thing called a moxy (spelling?) stick which looks like a fat black cigar with a burning ember on the end, and it just made my knee feel like it was radiating warmth. He also worked in a little bit of massage and some cupping (by the way, cupping is the coolest feeling I have ever had).

Overall, the experience was absolutely the best. I walked out to my car feeling like skipping or jumping! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for some pain relief or hoping to de-stress.

best massage with nicole!. nicole delivered a spectacular full body massage with attention to my wrist and forearm repetitive motion injury / computer use/. she applied confident strokes with pressure that i liked. i loved the heat that my body generated through the session. i told her she moved through the muscles like "thunder", with the right pressure, speed. towards the end i liked the slowing down faze when i got to truly absorb all the initial work on the "stuck" passages. nicole uses eye pillow that is so calming and soothing. very simple but so effective in "zoning out". music was right as well. what can i say, when in dream clinic, do ask for nicole! she is my massage therapist from now on! anita.

I highly recommend Dreamclinic. I came to Dreamclinic because a guy in my office said if I went there they would get rid of the pain in my shoulder/neck. I took the advice and... wow! The woman that gave me the massage was so nice and before she massaged me she found out exactly where I was hurting. Then she went to work! WOW. Layer after layer of my tight muscles seemed to melt. After the massage I didn't have any more pain! I couldn't believe it since my shoulder had been hurting for weeks. She also recommended some stretches for my problem shoulder. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. As a bonus there's a lot of cool shops and restaurants within walking distance..

Uncomfortable first ever massage. I had never had a massage before so I was pretty excited when my bf offered to book one for us. He had been to the Dreamclinic many times before so he suggested we go there together. I was asked to come in ten minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. I didn't think that the questions that I was asked were terribly beneficial. Off the bat, I am disappointed that it wasn't a couples massage. But that is my bf's problem as he didn't explain things very well. He was whisked away before I was.

My biggest issue is that I should have been asked if I preferred a male or female practitioner. I had a male practitioner while my significant other had a female one. I was incredibly uncomfortable. I didn't know what to expect. I felt that this had all become so routine to whoever worked there that they forgot that this is a new experience for some people. I would have liked to know where I was going to be touched next. I felt incredibly anxious on that table. I even cried. There was nothing relaxing about it.

I had an anxiety attack in the car on the way home, and I broke two days after and had to see a doctor.

I don't think that I will be going back there. I am a little traumatized. I was really excited to have my first massage but I was disappointed. My bf said that we could try again somewhere else.

Great!!. I am a fan of Dreamclinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They recently renovated their site to include more services, which I think is awesome. They also have some therapists who accept insurance, which really helps me out since I incur sports injuries and require multiple visits in a short period of time. I have been a client of Dreamclinic for 3+ years.
