The large, loft-like space houses a 2,000-square-foot main stage, an intimate show room, workshop rooms, studio space and a lounge area. Follow the bright celestial mural up the wide staircase, pay a nominal cover and join the exuberant, youthful crowd. Be sure to check out the visual art displayed in the small, clean-lined gallery off of the main showroom.

The Draw
Things are looking good for the underage set. Very few 21-and-over clubs offer this caliber of sound quality, sight lines and cutting-edge programming. The Vera Project's non-profit, city-sponsored mission encompasses visual-art exhibits, conferences and educational programs, but the crowds show up for the all-ages punk and indie-rock shows.
