you might get disfigured here--go somewhere else.

ageless used to be a good place to go for procedures like botox, fillers etc. it has been several years since they have been trustworthy and good at what they do. dr. schell has become visibly unstable and pushes surgery on young women who come in for botox or a little juvederm.

she has personally injured me and disfigured my mouth and left "holes' in my nasio-labial folds. her assistants are generally newbies or girls who have only had 6 months of schooling; nowhere near the abilities of a trained registered nurse.

dr. schell really has personal issues that interfere with her ability to even judge what is appropriate or not, much less to administer it. i have caught her in two lies and gave her another chance after she messed up my procedures. i had never received services from anyone else, and believed the unbelievable pain and crude methods i was experiencing with dr. schell and her coterie of "assistants" was the norm.

now i cannot believe i was so foolish. i now receive the same services with virtually no pain, a very skilled hand and manner from a medical professional with over 20 years experience in the field. the results are very natural and beautiful looking; also i do not have to go and receive the procedures as often as i did before.

what really pushed me over the edge to open my eyes and realise i was really being foolish to frequent "ageless" was the absolute sadism of dr. schell. she would stick needles sideways across the top of my upper lip with absolutely no numbing beforehand- at one point telling me " to just take it". it was so painful, i cannot express it. another time she had a needle in my left cheek and she ground it and turned it in a circle after she had already injected some lipodissolve; just absolutely ground it into my cheek as she spoke to other people in the room of other matters. that was the last she saw of me.

do yourself a favor and go someplace else for cosmetic procedures. i personally know three people in seattle who have told me of disfigurement and having their cards charged for appointments they had not made and could not get the spa to admit to charging them without basis without a knock-down drag out that ended in the spa saying they would not be allowed to receive services again without paying first. ridiculous.

$500 cancellation fee / botched lip job

Assistant injected too much product in my lips and they looked lumpy. I went back to Dr Schell 8 weeks later to show her. She was impatient and rude. I wanted the product removed. She did that and reinjected more juvederm 2 months after that.. It was overdone again. I cancelled my next appointment and the receptionist told me they were charging my card $500. The office visit is free so she said I had to pay for the unused $500juvederm syringe. I became so angry that they gave in and said they wouldn't charge my card but I was banned from the spa.

They have a huge staff turnover, Dr Schell is arrogant and the competency level is low. There are many spas out there, don't go to this one.

Dr. Schell, The best services I have had

My relationship with Dr. Schell has been what keeps me smiling ech tiime I look in the mirror. Aging can be a good thing when you have a Dr. who helps you age gracefully. She always greets me with a smile and understanding that I am not an easy sell.

The facility is to die for, I sen d my family and friends
