Happy customer. I was unhappy when my car broke down and it was literally the day after warranty expired. I gave them a bad review but was unsure if it was a result of the servicing which they had always provided. I decided to take my car somewhere else. The other place said the car looked great and looked like it was well taken care of. So I'm changing my review to reflect the opinion of another professional. I then received a recall notice on the coils from Audi which was the reason for the breakdown.

University Audi will take good care of you and your car. Sorry University Audi for giving you a bad review originally.

Best Audi Service in the state of Washington. I am blown away by the service department at University Audi. They are quick to respond to my needs, they treat me with respect always taking the time to explain the repairs to my Audi. I like the fact that whenever I go to University the same smiling faces are at the counter to assist me. They do it right ! Thank You University Audi !!!!!
